Who are you?

But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel (Romans 9:6)

There are two kinds of people in the church – the one born of God and the one who is not born of God. If we say we are of Abraham we are supposed to do what he did – to walk by faith. The blessings of God that we seek only come when we take a step of faith towards it. God promised great blessings but for you to take possession of it you have to fight for it.
When the children of Israel were told to go up and take possession of the promised land God had given them, they drew back, they began to doubt because of the negative report that was brought back by those who went to spy out the land (Numbers 13:27-33), only two showed that they were in the faith, because they believed and knew that the God who told them to go up and take possession was with them and would give them the victory. It is no different today in the church, many say that they believe in God, they know that He is able to do the impossible, but by their action they show otherwise. Instead of holding to that believe that no matter what the situation they might be facing, no matter how big the giant might be in front of them, or impossible the situation might seem, they doubt the ability of God to do what He said He will do and because of that they are not able to overcome their problem, they are not able to get the victory they are looking for. This is the reason why there are two kinds of people in the church – the one who recognizes the truth and rights and fights to conquer and the one who just rejoices over the victories of the other.
God acts in your life according to your faith, if you believe, He would lead you to victory but if you doubt you would not overcome, how do we expect to get what we want if we do not show the attitude of faith to receive it?  How can you accept to come to the House of God, hear His word but do not see any fruit in your life? Those in the past received the promises of God, were blessed because they used their faith – the same must be in your life once you believe. You must have an experience in the God you serve, when we do not know God we fail in our life – with out lips we say we believe but when the problems comes we falter, we become afraid, we doubt, we draw back, we question whether God can do anything for us or not.
Not everyone inside of the church is in the faith or born of God, not all receive the promises of God – No! God will come to bless you according to your faith before Him. He looks at your attitude of faith and your determination to possess that which you are going after. Because we live by faith, we move, we fight, we overcome because we know that God is with us. Now is the time for His promises to be fulfilled, now is the time for the distinction to be made in your life. Through your faith you can conquer everything you want in life but with doubt you can loose everything. So, are you of the faith of Abraham or of doubting Thomas – only you know?

The work of the Holy Spirit…

“Then the Spirit of God came upon Saul when he heard this news, and his anger was greatly aroused.” 1 Samuel 11.6

The people of Israel were threatened by the Ammonite to have their right eyes taken out, in order to bring shame on all Israel… The Ammonite would like to make a covenant with Israel…  And this is what the devil does always; he brings a situation upon your life (Problem in the Family, sickness, debts, unemployment, spiritual problem) in order for you to deny your faith and your God.

Then the people said to the Ammonite: “Hold off for 7 days… and if there is no one to save us, we will come out to you.”

When the people got the message from their enemy, they lifted up their voices and wept… In another word because the people did not have the SPIRIT OF GOD by then, instead of using their faith to overcome the problem they used their feelings, and emotions… And you have to understand that your emotion or feelings will not solve your problems…

On the other hand when King Saul heard the News of what was going on in the camp of Israel, then the SPIRIT OF GOD came upon King Saul, and his anger was greatly aroused… When the SPIRIT OF GOD comes upon someone’s life He places deep inside of that person the Spirit of Revolt against everything that is injustice, everything that is otherwise the Word of God, and this is what happened with King Saul.

The People without The SPIRIT OF GOD react with emotion when they got the News against them… King Saul with the SPIRIT OF GOD React with REVOLT against the situation.

Someone without the HOLY SPIRIT when they are facing a problem or any difficult in life, they fear it, they get desperate, they become weak, they don’t know what to do to solve the problem, they become confused and etc. then they fail.

But when someone has the HOLY SPIRIT dwelling within them, (HE represent the Power of our Faith), then He the Holy Spirit, will strength that person, will guide their thoughts and will show the way to overcome their Problems, no matter what it may be.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Matthew 6.33

Possession!

When Jesus said “Blessed is he who shall eat bread in the kingdom of God!” (Luke 14:15) He meant

that the bread was the Holy Spirit. He asked his servants to invite everyone, “But they all with one accord

began to make excuses. The first said to him, ‘I have bought a piece of ground, and I must go and see it.

I ask you to have me excused.’ And another said, ‘I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going to test them. I ask you to have

me excused.’ Still another said, ‘I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.”

In fact, they made it clear that material possessions and even their family were above Jesus.

Nowadays, there are those who put their possessions or people above the Holy Spirit, and are always making

excuses, but in reality, nothing justifies putting the Holy Spirit in the background. They are unaware that all will

pass away, but the soul is eternal.

When Jesus said that the Holy Spirit would be with us forever, He did not mean only while we lived on earth, but

eternally. As for the guests who despised what was spiritual, on account of their material conquests or family, Jesus said:

“For I say to you that none of those men who were invited shall taste my supper.”

They will have possessions, but none of them will be considered “Blessed” as described in the follow scripture. (Matthew 5:1-10) Read

By faith, they can have cars, fields or even get married, but without the Holy Spirit, it is impossible to have joy

and peace. Only those possessed by the Holy Spirit can truly be considered “Blessed”

The problem lies not in achievements. The problem lies in putting the achievements above the Holy Spirit.

God bless you.

Define it!

The LORD of hosts has sworn, saying,

“ Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass,

And as I have purposed, so it shall stand”… (Isaiah 14:24)

We can determine what we want to achieve and see the result of it, which means, if we don’t determine anything nothing will happen.

If we want to see your dreams become true we have to understand and answer to theses questions:

  1. What do we want to accomplish?
  2. What do we want to become?
  3. What do we want to experience?

If we don’t define it, we won’t be able to achieve it. It sound overly simple, but a primary reason that most people don’t get what they want is that they don’t know what they want.

The indispensable first step to getting the things we want out of life is this: “DECIDE WHAT WE WANT…”

And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:19)

However it will not be easier or what we want will happen overnight, why? Because when we steadfast in say: I will breakthrough, I will make the difference and so forth, the evil forces will try to oppose our faith with negatives thoughts, doubts and fear. There will be a spiritual fight, but those who are stronger will prevail.

If we don’t give up, we overcome, but if we give up the evil prevail. (James 4:7)

Definition has great power!

The potential that exists within us is limitless and largely untapped… when we think of limits, we create them.

Never give up of your dream!

Never loose faith!

The importance of the Holy Spirit

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

Many who profess to follow the Lord Jesus Christ are not aware that there are two kinds of baptism – the baptism in water (emersion) which is to get rid of our old nature, the decision of the person is that when I go to the water I am leaving my old nature behind, my old ways and after that the next step is to seek for the baptism in the Holy Spirit. There’s no way for someone to follow our Lord Jesus until the end without the Holy Spirit, the reason why Jesus advised His disciples to wait in Jerusalem to receive Him before going on their missionary journey for Jesus knew that it was only after that only after being baptized in the Holy Spirit would they be able to do His work.

The Holy Spirit is a must, we can conquer many material blessings but it’s not enough, we must seek, long for, thirst for the Holy Spirit to be part of our life because with Him in your life you have the protection of God and every material blessings you conquer you will loose. If it’s hard for those who have the Holy Spirit to overcome in this world imagine you who do not have Him?

Many people know how to speak about the Word of God very well, but when you look at their lives there’s a big contrast to what the Word says – only those who are baptized with the Holy Spirit is a living testimony, we cannot live our life without the Holy Spirit, He’s our protector, our comforter, the One who is with us until the end, therefore we must seek for Him because the one who is baptized speaks the language of faith, there’s no need to remind a person about the requirements of God, when they hear the Word of faith they grab it because their spirit testifies with the Spirit of God.

The bottom line of all things is the Holy Spirit must be a priority in your life, you must seek Him every day, in your home, in your job, in your school, while riding in your car, etc. When you have Him in your life those who are around you will see it because His presence is evident in your life.
